• Presentor: Dick Wolfe, State Engineer with the Colorado Division of Water Resources, discusses misconceptions, correct application and the proper legal measure of Colorado water rights.
• Presentor: Erin Light, Division Engineer with the Colorado Division of Water Resources, discussed the idea of water waste, "does it happen and who really cares?"

Presentations were followed by a question and answer session with Mr. Wolfe and Ms. Light.
